SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA issues senior and different subordinated debt instruments. The issues are done both as large public issues and private placements. Covered bonds are issued from SR-Boligkreditt AS.
Green Bond Framework
Green bonds are issued under the Green bond framework in SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge. In addition to public issues, private placements in various currencies and maturities are issued.
Senior unsecured bonds are issued in the domestic and euro market. In addition to public issues, private placements in various currencies and maturities are issued.
SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge has a Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) program. It secures quick efficient access to European capital markets. The current limit for the program is EUR 10 billion.
The Bank issues various debt instruments that meet the requirements for classification as supplementary capital in accordance with the applicable capital adequacy rules.
