Become a customer without BankID

Are you over the age of 18 and do not have BankID? In order to become a customer, you need to follow the steps below. We will contact you when the documents are ready to be signed.

The service has a fee of NOK 500. This will be charged when your customer relationship has been established.

Fill in electronic form

We will now register the information you have filled out in the electronic form. You will be notified when the agreement documents are ready for signing at the bank. Remember to bring valid identification.

Please visit one of the following bank offices, and bring one or more of the listed documents. They will be notarized and archived for identification purposes.

  • Current passport, or documents of equal standing such as a Norwegian travel document or Immigrants passport.
  • Other official form of identification such as Norwegian Driver’s license or ID-card from an EU-country.

Please also bring one or more of the following documents:

  • Residential permit
  • Registration certificate
  • Employment contract

The account will be opened within a week after you have signed the agreements at the bank. Depending on what you have chosen in the order form, your bank card will either be sent by mail or you can pick it up at the bank office.
