How to become a customer
I have BankID
If you already have BankID issued by another Norwegian bank, you can become a customer online and start using our services right away.
The signup process is only available in Norwegian. Our Internet bank and mobile app is available in English.
I do not have BankID
If you do not have BankID, you can become a customer by filling out an electronic form, before visiting one of our local branches to sign the necessary documents.
What is BankID?
BankID is a personal and easy electronic credential offered by Norwegian banks. You can use your BankID for secure identification and signing online.
Bank Verification
You can order a verification stating your customer relation to us here.
The Bank Verification proves that you are a customer of our Bank. You will receive a document that can be provided to institutions like universities, if you are applying for a student loand, or when you are receiving money from abroad.
- The Verification document may include customer relation, accounts and their balances
- We will send the Verification Document directly to your online bank. You will also receive an SMS when it is sent
- The Bank Verification costs 150 kroner
- The process takes up to 7 working days
