From D number to Norwegian national ID number
If your D number has been replaced by a national ID number, we need to make changes in your customer relationship. Here is what you have to do.
When given a national ID number, you will be provided a new Internet bank. Print or store necessary vouchers, bank statements and annual statements from your current Internet bank, as these will not be available in the new one. Also, in your new Internet bank, you have to register yourself again as a receiver of eBill agreements.
You have to fill out an electronic form in your Internet bank.
Within 48 hours, you will receive a new password to your Internet bank via e-mail. Pin codes for the One time password-app will also be provided. Use these when logging on to your new Internet bank.
You will receive a new bank card. Remember to shred the old one. Contact us using chat or message in your Internet bank to confirm your old bank card has beed shredded, in order to avoid two annual fees.
