For students wanting to gain relevant work experience prior to graduation, we offer internships, a mentor programme and trainee positions.
Internship
3rd and 4th year students from Handelshøyskolen and technology-related studies at NTNU are invited to apply for our summer internship.
Interns work in an interdisciplinary team of students with both economics and technology backgrounds. The internship lasts seven to eight weeks and gives students the opportunity to work in an innovative environment, contributing to creating the bank of the future. They are involved both in development of new concepts and improvement of existing products.
Trainee programme
A traineeship gives you a unique opportunity to familiarise yourself with various departments within the bank through an intensive trainee period. You will be given solid training by experts in various fields, working closely with advisors from our main customer centre as well as employees in several branches, both in Trondheim and regionally.
The trainee programme is suitable both for recent graduates interested in the world of finance and those with more experience wanting a change from the "wrong" job.
